GRAF1b, GRAF2, MICAL1, and WDR44 are cytosolic proteins associated with dynamic intracellular tubules. HeLa cells were transfected with GRAF1b-GFP, GRAF2-GFP, GFP-MICAL1, or GFP-WDR44 and imaged with a confocal spinning disk. Images were captured at 5-s intervals.
