Conduction line of treated water 1: CLWW was homogenized at homogenization tank 1, treated with P. pastorisX33/pGAPZαA-LaccPost-Stop (Clone 1) immobilized in calcium alginate beads at extended aeration bioreactor, them flocculated and coagulated follow by a quartzite sand filtration; effluent was stored at homogenization tank 2. Conduction line of treated water 2: CLWW was homogenized at homogenization tank 1, treated with rPOXA 1B concentrate at extended aeration bioreactor, follow by a quartzite sand filtration; effluent was stored at homogenization tank 2. Once the secondary effluent mixture was homogenized in the homogenization tank 2, it was treated in the phototropic reactor with Chlorella sp
