Data shown as mean ± SEM. Cells were treated with wortmannin or U0126 for 30 min before the experiments and were present throughout the measurements.

    Putative pathway of regulation of Piezo2 currents by Gi‐coupled receptors; activation of Gi‐coupled receptors promotes the release of Gβγ activating PI3K and MAPK kinase, thus indirectly potentiating Piezo2 currents.
