Assessment of ovariectomy and hormonal replacement effect on serum sex steroid hormone concentrations in wild-type C57BL/6J female mice at estrus or submitted to ovariectomy and hormonal supplementation with 17β-estradiol and/or progestrone. Estradiol and progesterone values are expressed as mean ± SE in pg/ml serum (n=10). All comparisons were made with OV Placebo.
