In addition to the 15 patients with a novel infectious complication during their stay, 2 additional patients were receiving antibiotics at inclusion into the study (1 pt with a chronic osteomyelitis, 1 pt with a suspected endocarditis). These 2 patients were not included in the calculation of the duration of antibiotic therapy.
