LPS-specific SDS-PAGE analysis of purified LPS_B.a. LPS isolated from Burkholderia andropogonis (last lane) is compared to Burkholderia cepacia LPS (first lane). LPS_B.cep. was used as a reference as it has been well-characterised¹¹. The indicated regions show the three LPS components from the two Burkholderia species.
