Statistically significant changes in mean blood pressure were detected for the rat treated with MXD ethanol/glycol propylene solution vs the baseline, as evaluated by Student paired t test (P < .05). No significant changes were observed following the application of the MXD hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin GEL formulation
