Workflow of ncGTW. As a plug-in to XCMS, ncGTW uses the grouping results provided by XCMS as the inputs (one lower resolution and one higher resolution, as explained in Fig. 2). Then, ncGTW detects all misaligned features using the aforementioned criteria and performs realignment on these features.
