Total Firefly luciferase (Fluc) and Nanoluc (Nluc) bioluminescence signals measured in the P. cynomolgi dual reporter (‘All_Nluc’) reporter line (blue) and the single reporter (‘Sz_Nluc’) control line (red) at different time points post sporozoite infection of primary rhesus hepatocytes.
