Using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA), diseases and biofunctions regulated by IL6 knockdown in human endothelial cells were evaluated. Diseases and biofunctions were classified into different categories based on the Ingenuity Knowledge Base classification. Activated diseases or biofunctions are indicated in orange, and inhibited diseases or biofunctions are indicated in blue. Categories which include 3 or more functions are shown. Functions with Benjamini-Hochberg's estimated false discovery rate < 0.05 and z − score<−2 or >2 were considered as enriched.
