Treatment response, amisulpride. Historical data from our group showing changes in PANSS positive symptoms in an independent cohort of 46 antipsychotic-naïve, first-episode schizophrenia patients treated with amisulpride (mean dose of 279.4 mg/day) monotherapy for six weeks.
