aSEC analysis shows that a clipped species is formed during production of the R1-016 (blue). MS identified that being a 3 residue N-terminal truncation of the LC. Mutation of the FW1 region to the FW of IGLV3-21*01, clone R2-001, removes this clipped species (red).
