(A) Representative dilution of CFSE measured by flow cytometry (B) Decreased CD4+ T cell proliferation against donor-derived DC was observed in the group treated with TBI + CoB compared with the CoB treatment alone. (C) In CD8+ T cells, CoB-treated recipients showed significantly increased proliferation against donor-derived DC at POD 50 and POD 70 compared with mice treated with TBI + CoB. TBI + CoB recipients displayed a decreasing trend of T cell proliferation against donor-derived DC from POD 30 to POD 70. (D and E) CD4+ and CD8+ proliferation was maintained against third-party–derived DC in both treatment groups (n = 3–8/time point and group; mean ± SD, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01; P values were calculated by 2-tailed t test).
