The parameters were measured in cells 48 h after plating and expressed (pmol/min/µg protein) according to MitoStress kit protocol in a XFp Extracellular Flux Analyzer as described in “Materials and methods” section. All results are expressed as mean ± SD of independent experiments (n = 6). The groups with statistically significant differences (p ≤ 0.05) were indicated with different letters (a, b, c, or d).
