Representative space-resolved Raman spectra measured within pink biofilms collected from a bathroom in different homes in Takarazuka (A) and Toyonaka (B). These data were recorded with a commercial upright-type Raman microscope (HORIBA XploRA Nano) equipped with a 532-nm laser. The excitation laser power at the sample point was ~4 mW, and the exposure time was 5 s. A 100×, oil-immersion objective (NA = 0.9) was used.
