Schematic drawing of the integrated image reconstruction pipeline using the Yarra framework. Aliasing artifacts on arterial input function (AIF) and myocardial perfusion (MP) zero-filled images are removed using a compressed sensing (CS) framework with temporal total variation (TTV) and temporal principal component analysis (TPCA) as two orthogonal sparsifying transforms. After completing the reconstruction task, the resulting images in Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) format were sent directly to the picture archiving and communication system (PACS) server. Fu = fast Fourier transform operation, λ = normalized regularization weight, x = images to be reconstructed, y = k-space, ψ1 = temporal finite difference (TTV), ψ2 = temporal PCA.
