The complexes were generated in silico, starting with Figure 1 for the X-ray crystal structure of the nonproductive complex of wild type hlGPDH, DHAP, and NAD⁺ (PDB entry 6E90) with deletion of the relevant covalent linkage(s) while maintaining a fixed position for the remaining atoms of the hypothetical Michaelis complexes.
