Workflow of the tools available on the MtSSPdb. the top row shows three different tools—Search, SSP Prediction, and BLAST—available to search genes or analyze nucleotide/protein sequences. The bottom row shows the resulting gene search displayed as a list and gene cards available for each gene. BLAST output is provided. In addition, a table is displayed as a result of the SSP Prediction tool with SSP classification from protein sequences.
