MMG22 did not produce sedation or motor impairment. Naïve mice were given either MMG22 (1 mg/kg, s.c.) or Clonidine (5 mg/kg, s.c.) and then place on a treadmill before and at 1 h after injection. Data show the amount of time mice spent on the treadmill.
