Cilostazol relieved cardiomyocytes hypertrophy through improving autophagy flow. Pre-treatment of cilostazol markedly decreased the marker of autophagy flux, which shown by western blot (A), while the protein level of CTSB kept unchanged. Quantitative analysis was performed by Graphpad prism (B). RFP-GFP-LC3 transfection was also used to test the effect of cilostazol (C) (Scale bar=20 μm).
