LINC00173 is upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlates with patients’ clinical outcomes. (A) Relative expression of LINC00173 in 45 pairs of melanoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues was determined by RT-qPCR. (B) RT-qPCR analysis was performed to assess LINC00173 expression in human epidermal melanocytes (HEMs) and four human melanoma cell lines (A375, A2058, SKMEL1, and HT144). (C) Kaplan–Meier analysis uncovered a correlation between LINC00173 expression and overall survival of the 45 patients with melanoma (P = 0.026). *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
