Effects of actinin alpha 1 (ACTN1) knockdown on cell migration, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in vitro. ACTN1 cells that were stably knocked down were named shACTN1, and negative control cells were named NC. The migration and invasion capabilities of the shACTN1 and NC group cells were evaluated by transwell (A, B) and wound-healing (C,D) assays.
