Determination of the specificity of FN3hPD-L1-01 binding using a commercial hPD-L1 antibody. CT26/hPD-L1 cells induced with 10 ng/ml IFN-γ were incubated with different concentrations of E1L3N, prior to incubation with FN3hPD-L1-01.
