Structure of V-ATPases. V-ATPase is composed of multiple core subunits and two accessory proteins. The cytosolic V1 domain includes eight different subunits (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H) and the integral V0 domain contains six different subunits (a, c, c’, c”, d, and e).
