Antitumor effects of chidamide alone or in combination with bortezomib on MGC-803 cells in vivo. Nude mice bearing MGC-803 tumors (∼100 mm³) were divided into four groups and treated with PBS, chidamide (25 mg·kg⁻¹·day⁻¹), bortezomib (0.5 mg·kg⁻¹, every 3 days), or a combination of chidamide and bortezomib for 30 days. Tumor growth (A), tumor volumes (B) and body weight (C) were measured. Results are shown as mean ± SEM (n = 5).
