OIP5-AS1 knockdown repressed tumor growth and improved CDDP sensitivity of OS in vivo. MG63 cells stably transfected with sh-NC or sh-OIP5-AS1 were subcutaneously inoculated into the nude mice, followed by injection with PBS or 3 mg/kg CDDP (once a week) on day 7 after cell inoculation.
