Arctiin disrupts cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase in HG‐treated HRCECs. (A‐B) Cells were treated with HG (4.5 mg/mL) and arctiin (0.05, 0.5, or 2.0 mg/mL) for 48 h. The relative ratio of G0/G1, S and G2/M phases was detected using flow cytometry and calculated by FlowJo software.
