(A,B) qRT- PCR analysis was performed to detect the LINC00668 expression level in HCC tissues the adjacent non-tumor tissues and different stages of HCC. (C) The expression of LINC00668 in normal liver cell line THLE-3 and HCC cell lines (HepG2, SNU-387, MHCC-97H, Huh7) was examined by qRT-PCR analysis. (D) The efficiency of LINC00668 knockdown was verified by qRT-PCR analysis. (E) Cell colony formation assay was conducted to detect cell proliferation ability after knockdown of LINC00668.
