FBS and SRGF ASC affinity for HUVEC cells. (A) Analysis of FBS and SRGF ASC affinity in dynamic flow conditions for HUVEC cells with and without exposure to TNF-α. Perfusions were performed at 0.1 dyn/cm² in standard medium (10% FBS α-MEM medium added with 2% bovine serum albumin); (B) expression of CD54 ICAM1 and CD106 VCAM1 in HUVEC cells with and without exposure to TNF-α, analyzed by flow cytometry.
