Histology of the pericardial specimens from CP patients. Paraffin-embedded pericardial specimens were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (H&E). All these pericardial tissues manifested fibrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration. The inflammatory cell response to injury was mainly composed of lymphocyte and plasmocyte.
