Effect of TMP on proliferation of HFs. (A) Cell proliferation was measured by the CCK-8 assay. HFs were seeded into 96-well plates at a density of 5×103 cells per well and treated with various concentrations (1, 5, 10, 20, and 40 µM) of TMP for 24, 48, and 72 h, respectively.
