Effect of TMP on apoptosis of HFs and related protein Caspase-3 and Bcl-2. (A) HFs were treated with TMP at 1,5,10,20, and 40 µM for 48 h and cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry. (B) Histogram summarized the results of (A). The activity of HFs was evaluated by Annexin-V/PI staining; (C) Western blot showed the protein level of Bax, Bcl-2, Caspase-3, and Cleaved Caspase-3 following the TMP treatment for 48 h.
