The Kaplan-Meier survival curves of 7 DElncRNAs (A,B,C,D,E,F,G), and the 3 DEmRNAs (H,I,J) that are associated with overall survival (OS) in metastatic renal cell carcinoma are presented. Patients with high expression of AP002478.1, C5orf60, HOTTIP, LINC00518, and LINC00525 showed poor OS (P<0.05). In contrast, patients with high expression of COL18A1-AS1, TCL6, CACNA1E, CALCR, and PCK1 showed better OS (P<0.05).
