(A) The urinary ATP concentration was higher in BPH patients with DO compared with those without DO (P=0.006), (B) it was significantly higher in BPH patients with a history of AUR compared with those without AUR (P=0.019). *, P<0.05; **, P<0.01. There was a significant positive correlation of urinary ATP with BOOI for BPH patients with DO (C) or without DO (E). A significant positive correlation was also present when the analysis was performed separately in patients with AUR (D) and without AUR (F).
