Where A–Age, B–Waist circumference 1 in cm, C–Waist circumference 2 in cm, D–Hypertension: Yes, if Systolic = 140 or more or Diastolic = 90 or more or if self-reported history of doctor diagnosed hypertension. Participants with a score >1.46 (Black) or >1.15 (mixed ancestry).
