(a) qRT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of LncRNA H19, LncRNA PVT1, LncRNA LINC00265, LncRNA MT1DP, LncRNA CRNDE in AAA tissues and AngII-stimulated VSMCs. Mouse vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) were treated with 1 μM AngII for 48 h.
