miR-449a Directly Binds to 3′ UTR of Notch1 and Notch2 in LCa Cells

(A) Schematic diagram of luciferase reporter plasmid containing wild-type or mutated 3′ UTR target sequence of Notch1 and Notch2 for miR-449a. (B) The relative luciferase activity was determined using co-transfected Hep-2 cells with miR-449a mimic or NC and each corresponding luciferase reporter plasmid. Statistical significance was calculated in comparison between the wild-type group and the mutation group. Each sample was run in triplicate. Error bars show mean ± SD.
