HPLC analysis of anthocyanin compound. Various flower colors of Phalaenopsis were used to determine the types of anthocyanin in various flower colors of Phalaenopsis, including (a) P. OX Honey ‘OX1372’, (b) P. Big Chile, (c) P. OX Firebird ‘OX1506 mutant’, (d) P. Kenneth Schubert, (e) P. Tzu Chiang Sapphire, (f) P. (Germaine Vincent x Samera ‘indigo’) ‘S304’, (g) P. Purple Martin, and (h) Delphinium hybrid. Delphinium was included as a control group. Anthocyanin compounds of delphinidin and cyanidin were also included to show the peaks of standards
