(B) Box plots of all the mutants analyzed in comparison to wild type Col-0. Statistical analysis was performed using Anova followed by Tukey HSD test (**p < 0.01). The experiment was repeated four times. For each experiment 5 siliques were collected from 4 independent plant lines of the same genotype to obtain a total of 20 analyzed siliques.
