The efficiencies of Ddit3 and Sarm1 genomic editing in mouse retina by AAV-mediated CRISPR/Cas9. AAV-Sncg-Cas9 and AAV-U6-C/S gRNAs-Syn1-GFP were co-injected intravitreally.
