Of particular note is that every change in theta occurs as an increase in theta during the high, compared with the low, goal-conflict condition. (b) Effect sizes of the increases in high theta coherence during the high, compared with low, goal-conflict condition (N = 34). In general, theta coherence can be observed across most of the scalp.
