C57BL/6 (WT) and Sting−/− mice were infected with S. mansoni cercariae and the neutrophils (CD11b+ Ly6G+) were quantified in spleen after 13 days (n = 5) (a) or 40 days (n = 5) (b) of infection. (*) or (**) or (***) are used to demonstrate statistical differences at p < 0.05 or p < 0.01 or p < 0.001 compared to the WT mice, respectively. Two-Way ANOVA with Bonferroni adjustments were included for multiple comparisons.
