Combination therapy‐induced growth inhibition in the patient‐derived xenograft. Combination therapy with oxaliplatin and 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), results in tumor growth inhibition rate of 0.84 in the PDXs. Eight tumors from five mice were assessed.
