Combination therapy with irinotecan and 5‐fluorouracil in the patient‐derived xenograft. The tumor growth inhibition rate following treatment with irinotecan +5‐fluorouracil is 0.46. Eight tumors from six mice in the control group and eight tumors from five mice in the combination group were assessed.
