ERCC1 and XPF gene knockdown efficiency was validated in lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549) after 72 h following double transfection of Lipofectamine 2000 (LF) or micelleplexes (PPP) with 100 pmol ERCC1-XPF siRNA or negative control (NC) siRNA.
