The viability rate analysis of allicin treatment. Allicin showed an inhibitory effect on BJ, DLD-1, and SK-MES-1 cells, with different IC50 for each cell line, when incubated for 24 h (1.625, 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 μM allicin).
