Peli2 expression antagonizes miR-802-mediated suppression of LPS-induced proinflammatory response. a The protein expressions of Peli2 in lung tissues between LPS-induced ARDS model and sham group were compared by ELISA analysis (n = 15, for each group). The primary lung macrophages were co-transfected with miRNA or Peli2 before LPS challenge. 24 h later, the gene expression levels of b TNFα, c IL-1β and d IL-6 with or without LPS stimulation were quantified by real-time PCR.
