Difference of cytokines expression between ASCs derived from lymphedema and normal adipose tissue. The cell lysates of ASCs were used to conduct the human XL cytokine array (ary022b, R&D). The mean pixel density was used to represent the expression level of cytokines. After analyzing their pixel values, we listed the cytokines that play an important role in mediating immunosuppression.
