Beta-Tocotrienol induced apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells. A dual staining with Annexin V-FITC (FL1-H) and propidium iodide (FL2-H) was assessed to measure the amount of apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cells by flow cytometry. Results were obtained after 24 and 48 h treatment periods, in (A) and (B) figures respectively by C-Flow software.
