(A) Changes in interventricular septum thickness (IVS), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPW), left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter (LVESD) in Cx43^Cre-ER(T)/fl and Cx43^fl/fl mice, treated with oil or 4-OHT, and submitted to 45 min of LAD occlusion and 14 days of reperfusion.
